These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ClaimInvoice, a receipt paper and claim-pack workflow product operated by StableBusiness Intelligence Limited. By using ClaimInvoice, you agree to these terms.
1. Product Purpose
ClaimInvoice helps users capture receipt papers, review extracted fields, organize claim-pack records, and prepare invoice-ready or reimbursement-ready exports. The product is a workflow and document preparation tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal, audit, or financial advice.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all extracted information before saving, submitting, exporting, or relying on it. Optical character recognition, local processing, and automated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must keep original records where required by your employer, client, accountant, tax authority, or applicable law.
3. Accounts and Security
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, security risk, or breach of these terms.
4. Credits, Plans, and Payments
ClaimInvoice may charge for paper credits, subscriptions, app purchases, or other paid plans. Unless stated otherwise, one paper uses one credit. Plan limits, included credits, prices, taxes, renewal periods, and cancellation rules will be shown at checkout or in the relevant app store flow.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use ClaimInvoice to process unlawful material, violate third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected service components, or misrepresent generated claim-pack outputs.
6. Third-Party Services
ClaimInvoice may rely on third-party infrastructure for authentication, payments, storage, hosting, analytics, or document processing. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability constraints.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to operate ClaimInvoice carefully, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product, compliance requirements, or infrastructure evolve.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ClaimInvoice is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that outputs are complete, accurate, accepted by any third party, or suitable for a particular regulatory purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableBusiness Intelligence Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses.
